about
"We See You" is a noisy rant about having complete disillusionment in the British political establishment; their tactic of using a nationalist agenda to influence the population, and how that trickles down into the nations psyche. It tries to document a nation that is being directed to be obsessed with its bloody Empirical past; where its identikit sycophant politicians are simply nodding dogs and yes men; and bitterness and resentment is encouraged to run deep.
lyrics
He’s looking at his old history books again and getting an erection,
Meanwhile I’m fucking ashamed,
All that pink on the map makes me fucking retch;
arrogance, atrocity, bloodshed, bullshit,
There’s nothing great about that Mrs Britain,
did we ever apologise?
did we fuck, just wandered off, had some tea.
So, stop with the funny put downs for likes, it’s too fucking twee,
call the fuckers out, don’t let them forget, don’t let them forget!
You don’t write for the Guardian…wait…what? Oh you’ve already forgot. You fucking idiot!
Because I’m bored of yer racist shit.
as equality and diversity are great words to bleat
but you turn it off when you leave work, call it bollocks,
racist craic in the pub, typical sexist shit, tweeting abuse to black footballers, blending in,
get fucked, I’m sick of it,
And you know what,
WE SEE YOU. WE SEE YOU.
All them call centre politicians,
I’ve worked it, hot desked it,
Sat in a glass box selling shit,
dress down Friday, fucked at the Christmas party, eight quid an hour, just another cliche mate…
Done a course, noddy dog in a Topman suit,
Having an affair, s’alright, behind that mask there’s fuck all there.
Not here to be remembered, here to be a digit, he’s a human fucking tick box, lapping it up, LAPPING IT UP.
AND HE’LL MAKE YOU FORGET! HE’LL MAKE YOU FORGET!
BUT WE SEE YOU! WE SEE YOU!
Now look in the mirror,
Stop glaring out that Nationalist express window,
You can’t see owt anyway, it’s tinted in shit,
Victorian top hat. Lord fucking wot wot.
Deck chair by the Haywain,
You sit back and think of glory days, but can’t stop moaning about the royal that’s not white, you never fucking stop.
You NEVER fucking stop.
Those photos of your family blu tacked on the temporary office divider wall, reminding you why you’re there,
Reminding you why you’re supposed to give a shit.
Reminding you that you exist.
That YOU have a purpose.
But they don’t know you.
They don’t know this hateful little shit you’ve become.
And all I I’m thinking about is that it was less embarrassing when the Prime Minster was fucking a pig.
What a fucking country. What a fucking state.
So Great. So Great. So GREAT!
We’re living in a fucking John Lewis ad.
Strings rise over slow-motion drone shots of tower blocks.
Filters mask the homeless. Everyone claps. Everyone cheers.
Nationalism is a brand now.
This shit isn’t designed to make you feel proud, it’s to keep you violent, brimmed to the tits with hate
Your mind’s pissed on visions of grandeur, scared of change, you’re resentful, you’re bitter,
And the worst thing is, you think you’re a winner…
But we see you. We see you.
WE SEE YOU.

I can safely say I've never been this excited over a piece of plastic in my entire life! This is awesome! It's impossible to pick a favourite when every track is a banger. The lyrics are on point and delivered with an acerbic wit and passion that leaves me in no doubt that they're spoken from the heart. I need more of this in my life! Dylan Barry
Amazing. Music full of energy and soul. And lyrics not scared of having an opinion. Plus on one of my favourite labels Invada. Finding this music this morning made my day. phil stairmand-jackson
